Sunseeker motor yacht The Devocean back on the market

Sold in May 2015, the 37 metre motor yacht TheDevocean is back on the market, listed for sale again by Debbie Beere at Dbeere Yachts.

Built in GRP by UK yard Sunseeker International, TheDevocean was delivered in 2008. A sumptuous interior in black American walnut accommodates up to 11 guests in five cabins consisting of a full beam master suite on the main deck, three doubles and a twin with a Pullman berth. All cabins have mini bars, entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.

The saloon has L-shaped settees to starboard facing an entertainment centre to port including a 50 inch LCD television screen. Also to port are a bar and a dining area with seating for 12 guests.

The main aft deck of this yacht for sale has a large table with chairs for 12 guests and is perfectly situated for al fresco entertaining and dining. The upper deck lounge is entirely devoted to relaxation with comfortable seating in front of an entertainment centre while the upper aft deck offers further space for outdoor dining, seating 12 guests.

Up on the sun deck, guests have the choice of relaxing on a selection of loungers, enjoying the Jacuzzi or sharing a drink at the bar and dining area sheltered from the sun by the radar arch.

Twin 2,335hp MTU diesel engines power her to 21 knots and she is fitted with Trac zero speed stabilizers.

Her broker, Debbie Beere said:  “The Devocean is in immaculate condition, maintained to the highest standards and ready to cruise, representing a great opportunity for any prospective buyer.”

Lying in the South of France, The Devocean is asking $9,950,000 with VAT paid.
