The 28 metre motor yacht This Time Next Year has been listed for sale by William Burns at Sunseeker London.
Built in GRP by British yard Sunseeker International, she was delivered in 2014 as a very highly specified Sunseeker 28 model. Decorated throughout in the yard’s signature black American walnut panelling, she accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite with a 32 inch drop down television screen, two doubles and a twin, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
The main saloon is notable for its full height headroom and wrap around glazing, filling this area with light. Comfortable seating is offered on two L-shaped settees to port while the starboard bulwark has a sliding door to a sea balcony. There is also a selection of cocktail tables, a wine cooler and a formal dining area forward with seating for eight guests. A sophisticated entertainment centre includes a 55 inch television screen and a Bose stereo surround sound system. Air conditioning throughout this yacht for sale has been upgraded to tropical standards.
The cockpit area is ideally fitted out for al fresco entertainment and dining with built in upholstered seating, a table and four Bose speakers. Things only get better on the large flybridge, offering an electric barbecue grill, a wet bar with three stools and a carbon fibre hard top.
On the foredeck are built in sun pads, a parasol and more Bose outdoor speakers. Twin 1,950hp MTU diesel engines power her to speeds of up to 29 knots and she is fitted with Trac Star zero speed stabilisers.
Lying in Spain, This Time Next Year is asking £3,495,000 with tax paid.
