SALES
Eight yacht sales were announced during a busy week for the brokerage market. The total asking price was in excess of £25.9 million ($34.5 million), with the price of three yacht withheld. The most expensive yacht sold was the 51.59 metre Royal Huisman sailing yacht Meteor, which was sold by YPI and Burgess with an asking price of £13.55 million.
PRICE REDUCTIONS
Nine price drops were announced on yachts for sale this week for a total reduction of £8.6 million ($11.5 million). Two of these price drops were over £2 million.
NEW LISTINGS
Five new yachts were listed for sale this week with a combined asking price in excess of £31.4 million ($41.8 million). The most expensive new listing was the 43.3 metre Trinity Yachts Alessandra, which was listed for sale with Fraser for $15.5 million.
