Genoa MYBA Charter Show
One of the most important international exhibitions dedicated to charter professionals and superyachts, the Genoa MYBA Charter Show is a select showcase for luxury charter yachts and ancillary services for the yachting industry.
Held in the splendid location of the Porto Antico (Ancient Harbour) of Genoa, attendees enjoy the social life surrounding the show as well as the chance to do business. Events in 2011 included cocktails aboard Camper & Nicholsons yachts, the MYBA Gala Dinner at Villa Lo Zerbino and the Ocean Independence Hollywood Yacht Hop.
The 2011 show
New superyachts at the show in 2011 included two of Proteksan-Turquoise’s latest launchings: the 60.20 metre Yogi (Burgess) and the 55.40 metre Turquoise (Fraser Yachts).
Other new superyachts included the 62.50 metre Baton Rouge (Burgess) from Icon Yachts, the 61.70 metre ISA Mary Jean II (YPI), the 58.20 metre Baraka (Burgess), sailing yacht Roxane (Burgess), the 43.50 metre Latitude (Camberley), the HJB Calliope (CNI), the 41 metre Ocean Sapphire (Floating Life), the 39 metre Hakvoort SnowbirD (Edmiston) and the 34 metre Sunseeker Black & White (Sea-Alliance).
