PAULINE AF SKANOR for sale

PAULINE AF SKANOR is the 5th Swan 112 launched in 2003. She was built for a Greek owner and initially named “Manouella” and sailed in the Mediterranean. She was sold (we believe in 2006) to a South American owner and renamed “Naiade”. The vessel was sailed to and then based in Mexico for a while. During both ownerships she saw generally light use.

This said the vessel was significantly damaged in Mexico and so in 2014 she was shipped to Palma de Mallorca for repairs. Nautor’s Swan was retained to provide engineering expertise through all repairs and the surveyor firm Patton Marine Inc. employed to also follow all work. From March 2015 through summer 2016, the yacht was rebuilt substantially to include structural laminate work to the hull as well as every system being renewed or refitted. The result was a virtually new yacht, with a Nautor´s stamp of approval for the structural work. It can be argued that PAULINE is now in better than new condition as more modern better materials and methods were used during the works.

She has been continually maintained and updated. Most recent work in 2023 included all new service batteries with an increased Amp-Hours, plus new water heaters and a full overhaul to the Magnus shore power transformer.

The current owners purchased the yacht in late 2017 in Mallorca and renamed her PAULINE af SKANOR. They are experienced yacht owners and had previously owned four Nautor´s Swans (43, 47, 65 and 76) that they refitted.

PAULINE benefits from a classic, well balanced and voluminous layout for 6 guests aft and up to 6 crew forward. The interior is in remarkably good condition reflecting her light use over the last years. She is finished in the finest Burmese teak, hand rubbed and varnished which has been sparingly used and well maintained since launching. No artwork or attachments in the wood. High quality fittings and marbles throughout. The interior décor and finish are classically nautical and elegant.
