16 of the yachts at the 2016 Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta

Inoui

Inoui is Vitters' 33.4 metre lean, mean, green superyacht sailing machine. She was christened in 2013 and has been racing ever since.

Boat International went on board with Inoui's racing yacht owner Marco Vögele last year. He and his crew came second in Class A at the 2015 regatta and will be hoping to go one better this year.

Freya

Freya made headlines with her Class B victory at the 2014 Loro Piana Caribbean Regatta. The 27.71 metre Nautor's Swan was launched in 2012 and has taken part in several of the regattas.

"I couldn’t be happier," enthused owner Donald MacPherson_ _following his 2014 victory. "One year ago we were here and we came in last! Over this past year we have worked very hard and for us to come in first today was just so rewarding, we’re delighted."

Freya moved up to Class A in 2015 and came a respectable 3rd behind P2 and Inoui in a week of very tight racing.

Elfje

Elfje was delivered in the summer of 2014 and kept a low profile to begin with. In 2015 the yachts builder, Royal Huisman, shared a stunning video of Elfje under sail in the Caribbean. The video was a sneak preview before her public debut at the 2015 St Barths Bucket Regatta, where she shared victory in Class B.

Elfje has been described as a sailing superyacht of the ages. She is a modern superyacht fit for the rigours of racing, but she is also capable of providing comfort and enjoyment for her guests.
