NAVIGO, including over 400 associated companies, is currently the largest network of companies of the yachting industry in Tuscany and one of the largest in Europe. Based in Tuscany and Sardinia, it was founded in 2007 with this objective in mind: facing an increasingly competitive market through a business model and a strategy based on synergic cooperation. Today Navigo is one of the Italian specialised consulting companies in the yachting industry and works for research, innovation, marketing, b2b opportunities, financing and internationalisation.

Navigo promotes the training of new generations and is a founding member of the first italian school dedicated only to yachting “Italian Super Yacht Life”.

Today, more than ever, it has become crucial to offer leisure boat owners, visiting our territories for building yachts or for yacht tourism, the guarantee of a full-service offer, where transparency, quality and safety are key elements. Navigo puts together all the components of the yachting industry, within which shipyards, furniture, port infrastructures, services, refitting and all the satellite activities can be included in a system logic.


Baglietto shipyard specializes in the construction of new aluminum planing and semi-planing from 35 onto 50 metres as well as displacement super-yachts above 40m in aluminum and steel. The production activity is completed by a refitting and a restoration activity and by the construction of military vessels. The shipyard spreads over 35.000 square metres and faces La Spezia and the “Poets’ Gulf” which is a strategic area for the navigation of super-yachts in the Mediterranean sea. Furthermore, the shipyard has recently completed a renovation project of the workshop area with includes considerable modifications and up-grading of the production facilities as well as office buildings. Seven new motor-yachts are currently under construction at the yard: while the prototype of MV19 is being built, a new 55-meter displacement motor-yacht is being produced together with two 43m and a 46m of Baglietto Fast Product Range , one 54-meter motor-yacht and a new 48m displacement line.

Other projects already developed both from the style and the engineering stand-points, designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design and the Technical Department of the yard, include also a 58mt, a 62-meter displacement motor-yacht and a 38-meter fast motor-yacht. The outstanding effort is focused not only on the production of new vessels but also on the relevant engineering research and development activity of new models ensuring future enhancement and consolidation of the Product Range and of the yard activity. Each of these new projects coherently follows the conceptual design ideas that proved to be successful in the past, identifying Baglietto style as well as respecting all naval qualities such as stability, soundness and reliability which have always characterized Baglietto vessels since the onset of the yard production.



With the world’s highest rate of growth among luxury motor yacht builders, Benetti is an icon of Italian style and timeless elegance combined with world class construction.

Founded in 1873, Benetti is the oldest Italian yard building luxury motor yachts. Every yacht is unique and crafted around her owner’s needs. Benetti designs and builds two product lines: Class – Displacement and Fast Displacement composite yachts from 93 to 145 feet; Custom – steel and aluminium yachts over 45 meters. Benetti’s headquarter is in Viareggio, Fano and Livorno with direct sales and services offices in Fort Lauderdale, Dubai and Hong Kong. Benetti is part of Azimut|Benetti Group, the world’s largest private capital group in the marine industry.



The Italian shipbuilder CRN was established in 1963 in Ancona (Italy). Since then, the town has always been the seat of CRN’s headquarters, offices, design and construction departments. CRN specialises in the design and construction of fully-custom, steel and aluminium megayachts up to 90 metres in length.

CRN’s shipyard extends over an almost 80,000 sq m area which also includes a large, historical private marina. It is here that all megayachts of the CRN fleet – which can currently boast more than 180 yachts in the water – are built, besides some aluminium models for other brands of the Ferretti Group, which CRN belongs to.

CRN develops fully-custom yachts characterized by state-of-art solutions which are real trend-setters in the yachting world. The Company can rely on a team of professionals that conceive the best-performing bottoms and outstanding naval and design solutions, and of internationally-renowned architects and designers in charge of the yachts’ functional and aesthetic design.

CRN also includes an Engineering Department consisting of highly qualified engineers and technicians, and an Interior Design Department, that, together the various project managers, the production team, and all workers, are the very heart of the Company. Moreover, thanks to its Sales and After-Sales Division, CRN takes care of each and every pleasure vessel it creates even after it has been delivered, ensuring technical support to its Owner and its crew.

Cantieri Navali Campanella started shipbuilding on what is now the 35,000 m2 Mondomarine Shipyard in 1915.

Since then, Cantieri Navali Campanella shipyard represents a center of excellence in ship and yacht building as well as in repairing. Anchored to the shipyard’s strong heritage, the brand Mondomarine was created to sign the custom-made yachts over 40 meters made in aluminum alloy and steel. Two years ago Mr. Falciai and Mr. Zambrini, whose intentions are to enhance the uniqueness of each Mondomarine design, have acquired the brand and the production site.

While the commercial and marketing duties of Mondomarine have been moved to the prestigious location of Monaco, the new owners’ will is to empower more and more the Savona’s shipyards with new vitality and modernity. Cantieri Navali Campanella is the ideal set for the production, the repair and refit offer and the showroom’s activities.

Along with its tradition, Mondomarine carries on designing, engineering and building ships at the Savona Cantieri Navali Campanella production site still offering full-cycle production right from the cutting of the hull plates all the way to completion.

62 are the units built so far by Mondomarine in addition to the number previously reached by Cantieri Navali Campanella. During the last 9 years Mondomarine sold 21 yachts over 40m length 9 of which over 50 m length.

The upcoming years will see several important events, such as:

  • the delivery, at the end of 2015, of the 40m SF40 M/Y  Serenity to her Owner (Designer Luca Vallebona – SFL Design).
  • those, in 2016, of the 50m Superyacht  M50 (Designer Hot Lab yacht & Design) and of the M60S (Designer Luca Dini Design), the first 60m yacht built by the shipyard (all these projects are built entirely in aluminum, a distinguishing feature of Mondomarine’s projects)
  • in spring 2017, the delivery of the  M40 Explorer (Designer  HydroTec – Sergio Cutolo) and of the  M54 (Designer Luca Dini Design) both whit steel hull.

The very custom builds, the increasing international attention and the guarantee of the Italian quality are just some of the pillars on which Mondomarine leverages in its renewal while constantly seeking for continuous improvement.


Perini Navi

A combination of technical brilliance and near-perfect aesthetics put Perini Navi’s yachts in a class of their own. Industrialist Fabio Perini, unable to find the boat that he wanted for himself – a large sailing yacht which could be handled by one person – built his own. Since its 1984 launch, the company has added 55 yachts – up to 88m and over in length – to its stable. With over 50 per cent of the world market for sailing yachts over 45m, Perini Navi’s track record is impressive. In-house design has allowed Perini Navi to implement its own systems and inventions. The fame of the Perini Navi Group is as well related to the Motor Yachts featuring the Picchiotti Brand. Name that is part of the Italian shipbuilding tradition with roots dating back to the XVII Century. Since the 1990’s Picchiotti is part of the Perini Navi Group which has absorbed its experience and valuable traditions. The Picchiotti brand identifies today a class of motor yachts with great affinities with the sailing universe and attests a true innovative spirit, aspects that well match the Perini Navi Group philosophy.



Sanlorenzo has been manufacturing high quality motoryachts since 1958 and represents a “boutique” of the yachting industry, building a limited number of made‐to‐measure units per year, all of each designed and produced according to the requests, the style and the desires of every single owner.

In 2005, Massimo Perotti acquired the Ameglia‐based company from its founder Giovanni Jannetti and opened a new Division in Viareggio for the production of new superyacht models.

Since 2005 the shipyard has been experiencing an extraordinary growth, though maintaining its talent for customize every single yacht. In more than half a century the shipyard built over 750 yachts each one different from the other. With his management, Massimo Perotti has been able to rise in only five years the turnover from €40 million (2005) to €200 million (2010). € 208 million in 2014.

Today Sanlorenzo’s production is based on three range of products: planing GRP motoryachts from 76ft to 118ft, GRP semi‐displacement motoryachts from 92ft to 126ft, and superyachts in metal from 40 to 62 meters.

Sanlorenzo maintained and developed its basic values, which are the keys to its success:

In about 10 years, the shipyard was able to climb the prestigious Global Order Book: today, the world ranking of top 20 builders over 24‐meter yachts lists Sanlorenzo as the second best builder in the world.

Sanlorenzo’s sales network is based on a calibrated number of Brand Representatives, real shipyard’s embassies located in the most strategic points of the international yachting.

They have also obtained the highest Green Star certification for the re-emission of clean air and water into the environment, the Maltese Cross for the hull and engine room, Charter Class for guaranteed stability in the event of flooded compartments, and Comfort Class for low noise and vibration, and the fact that the engine rooms and machinery can function without a crew.
