Martyn Worms at Camberley International tells me he's taken over the listing for sale of the 38 metre motor yacht Ligaya.
Built in steel and aluminium by Philippines yard Ocean Pacifico to a design by Holland's Diana Yacht Design, Ligaya was delivered in 2002 and refitted in 2009 with new soft furnishings throughout. Accommodation in a restful mahogany paneled interior is for 10 guests in five staterooms comprising a master suite with a king size bed, three double staterooms with queen sized beds and a twin, all with Italian marble en suite bathroom facilities.
A favourite area for al fresco entertaining and dining is her panoramic sun deck, complete with a barbecue, bar, fridge, spa pool and sun loungers, all under the cover of a large sun shade. Ligaya is powered by twin 620hp Caterpillar engines giving her a cruising speed of 11 knots and a range of 4,200 nautical miles.
Ligaya is asking €3.75 million.
