Alia Yachts has announced the delivery of a custom, 26-metre motor yacht named 0110 following successful sea trials.
Described by the Turkish shipyard as “super cool” and a “one-off”, the yacht’s clean, minimalist exterior is owed to Dixon Yacht Design. She was commissioned by an experienced owner who wanted an open-plan yacht for “contemporary living on the water, both inside and out".
To this end, 0110 has been designed with a “walkthrough layout”, featuring a one-level main deck alongside an uncharacteristically roomy 7.3-metre beam. The lounge and helm station have sliding glass doors installed which can fold away completely into the superstructure. With further openings at the fore and aft, the entire yacht is connected – to itself and to the balmy outdoors, promoting air circulation.
While four cabins are customary on yachts of this size, the owner requested only three cabins on the lower deck including the forward master cabin, prioritising individual comfort over capacity. Interiors were done in-house in collaboration with CT Mimarlik, with details not yet disclosed.
The terraced aft deck leads down to a swim platform, fitted with an integrated Opacmare Transformer for easy access to the sea. It can also launch and retrieve a 5.2-metre tender. Lifting the staircase reveals a garage for toys, including SeaBobs and paddle boards.
Fitted with twin Volvo Penta 1350 engines, 0110 can reach a top speed of 22.5 knots and a range of 800 nautical miles at an economical speed. Two Seakeeper gyro stabilisers allow for extra comfort, particularly at anchor.
According to BOAT Pro, Alia Yachts has two other units scheduled for delivery this year – the 45-metre, all-aluminium Project SAN and the 52.5-metre explorer yacht Alia Sea Club.
