The 31.1 metre motor yacht Sassy, listed for sale by Michael DiCondia at Hargrave Custom Yachts, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Hargrave to a design by J. B. Hargrave, Sassy was delivered in 2016. An elegant interior in gloss walnut wood accommodates 10 guests in five cabins comprising a main deck master suite and four doubles, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities
The main saloon has a huge sectional sofa with stylish square arms while aft are two club chairs and two Ottomans. A special feature is a unique ceiling detail with a 42 inch wide band of walnut that runs the length of the room and then runs down the wall to create the backdrop for a stunning silver leaf tree sculpture. To add to the enjoyment of guests there is a full wet bar and an entertainment centre including a 75 inch television screen and a custom audio/visual system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests.
Outdoors, the aft deck seats 10 guests comfortably around a table in gloss teak with driftwood inlays. Drinks are close to hand at a bar with a fridge and ice maker, and there is a 42 inch television screen recessed on a lift in the ceiling. Up on the flybridge, more al fresco entertainment is on offer at two bar areas and a large L-shaped settee seating 10 guests for meals straight from the nearby barbecue grill. Twin Caterpillar C-32 engines allow a cruising speed of 18 knots, topping out at 21 knots.
Sassy was asking $7,950,000.
