Sold in June 2016, the 41.7 metre motor yacht Syrenka is back on the market, renamed Grand Illusion and listed for sale by Jeremy Mold at Worth Avenue Yachts.
Grand Illusion was built in aluminium by US yard Palmer Johnson and delivered in 1994 with a $2.5 million interior refit in 2012. This popular charter yacht is now appointed with a comfortable new interior featuring supple leathers and soft furnishings in shades of blue, white, ivory and brown. Other notable upgrades during the refit included extra-wide passageways, two new interior staircases, wheelchair accessibility on three decks and a $200,000 wheelchair accessible elevator. In addition, both engines and main generators were completely rebuilt.
The main deck of Grand Illusion features a formal dining area which can comfortably seat ten guests. While the yacht's central gathering spot is one deck up where the sky lounge boasts circular seating and a 50 inch television.
She offers accommodation for 10 guests in five well-laid out cabins. The master-suite is situated on the main deck and has a spacious en suite bathroom which includes a bath, shower and his-and-her heads. On the lower deck there are four additional en suite cabins all of which have en suite bathroom facilities. There is also space for up to seven crew on board this yacht for sale.
Twin 1,400hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 15 knots.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Grand Illusion is asking $11,500,000.
