Mengi-Yay

When Ramazan Mengi set out on a journey to pursue his dreams at a young age, it led to the founding of Mengi-Yay in 1964. Today, the company employs 250 people and is known for its custom and original designs. The builder specialises in craftsmanship and runs with a management team including Muzaffer Yay, Hüseyin Mengi and Mustafa Mengi. 

The first Virtus 44m, designed according to the needs of the sector, was delivered in February 2020 thanks to R&D activities that accelerated with growth. The shipyard, which has built three hulls with a length of 47 metres for the Virtus Line series, has reached a maximum capacity of eight boats under construction at the same time. The 53m Virtus XP model is expected to be delivered in 2025.

Mengi-Yay has transformed the quality of Turkish craftsmanship from tradition to philosophy and continues to build innovative and sustainable yachts of world standards.
