Dunes' sinuous exterior draws inspiration from the Parque Nacional dos Lençóis Maranhenses in Brazil, "a hidden gem where the interplay of sand and water creates an exceptional natural landscape shaped by the wind". One of the yacht's standout features is its stern terraces which allow for an "entirely openable" beach area.

The concept will also be fitted with "an electric propulsion architecture" and will "harness the latest innovations into our technical foundation" according to Oceanco group marketing director, Paris Baloumis.

The Simply Custom portfolio was first presented at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2023. "We have owners who are time-poor and [some clients]  have less desire to focus on every detail in the process," explained Baloumis during the show. "They expect to entrust technical matters to experts like Oceanco and our partners. And, perhaps most importantly, they want building a yacht to be simple and fun."

Oceanco most recently revealed Carinae to BOAT International, the Simply Custom designed by Pascoli International and inspired by 1930s ocean liners.
