Ahead of this year's Cannes Yachting Festival, BOAT takes a closer look at Bluegame's latest addition to its celebrated range - the BG64, a 20-metre motor yacht that brings the brand's signature indoor-outdoor philosophy to a new segment.
The BG64 isn't simply a smaller version of Bluegame's larger models. It's a carefully considered design that distills everything the brand has become known for - seamless indoor-outdoor living, versatile deck spaces and a distinctly minimalist aesthetic - into a 20-metre package that feels spacious.
Set to make its world premiere at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival in September, the BG64 completes Bluegame's range by bridging the architectural philosophy of the BG74 with the proven engineering platform of the BGX63. The result is a yacht that feels familiar to anyone who knows the brand, yet offers something new in this size category.
From the dock, the BG64 is instantly recognisable. The all-white hull, minimal interruptions from lower deck glazing and inverted wheelhouse window are signature Bluegame design cues.
But it's what happens at the stern where the yacht truly comes into its own. Fold-down bulwarks on either side expand the usable space at anchor, while a generous swim platform and port-side crane integrate into the layout. Together with the uninterrupted connection between the cockpit and interior living spaces, it's the perfect spot to relax by the water's edge.
Step inside from the stern and you enter the lower deck saloon, a light-filled space that combines a lounge area and galley in a layout designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Here, guests can appreciate Zuccon International Project's interior design that brings a calming ambience through a neutral colour palette.
The saloon connects directly to the guest cabins, where buyers can choose between two- or three-cabin layouts, all en-suite. The two-cabin configuration features a double in the bow and another amidships, with a desk area in place of the third cabin for those who need to catch up on work while at sea. The three-cabin configuration features a double cabin in the bow and two twins.
The upper deck remains the social heart of the BG64, just as it does across the entire Bluegame range. Naturally shaded and ventilated, it can also be fully enclosed to suit different climates and cruising conditions, giving owners the flexibility to adapt the space to their environment. The helm station can be separated from the guest areas if preferred, allowing independent owners and crew to enjoy clearly defined spaces on board.
Forward, a generous bow lounge transforms between sunbathing area, dining space and private retreat. Designed to maintain privacy in a marina environment, it significantly extends the yacht's liveable outdoor space.
Beneath the surface, the BG64 features the proven hull designed by Louis T. Codega for the BGX63, a platform known for responsive handling, efficiency and seakeeping. Twin IPS 1050 Volvo Penta D13 588 kW engines propel the yacht to a maximum speed of approximately 28 knots, with a cruising speed of around 25 knots.
