Situated just 34 miles from central London, E.J. Churchill stands out as one of the premier shooting grounds in the United Kingdom. Nestled in the picturesque Chiltern Hills on the historic 5,000-acre West Wycombe Estate, which has been under the stewardship of the Dashwood family for over three centuries, E.J. Churchill offers a premium shooting experience. With 40 acres of meticulously landscaped grounds and the nearby West Wycombe Air Park, guests can conveniently access the venue via private plane or helicopter.

As the only shooting business in the UK that combines gunmaking, shooting grounds, country outfitting and event hosting, E.J. Churchill delivers a first-class experience that goes beyond shooting. Surrounded by greenery and woodlands, the award-winning grounds provide the perfect backdrop for a memorable day in the Buckinghamshire countryside.

The grounds themselves have a wide range of targets, including 120 stands, the Elite Training Centre used by Team GB athletes and six shooting disciplines that challenge novice and expert alike. Facilities include The Pine Lodge, Safari Tent, Caviar House & Prunier Seafood Bar and The Pavilion, offering an adaptable and inviting environment for small intimate gatherings and large corporate events.

Aside from the West Wycombe Estate, E.J. Churchill has exclusive access to well-known estates and country properties across the home counties and further afield. Local attractions such as the Hellfire Caves and Fryers Farm Barn are also easily accessible. All or some can be employed to create an itinerary tailored to your requirements and designed to exceed expectations at every turn.

Below is an example of a typical day at the grounds and showcases just one of the many ways guests can immerse themselves in the beauty and excitement of E.J. Churchill and the West Wycombe Estate.
