Following the launch of the first unit in July 2022, the Mangusta Oceano 44 represents a natural progression from the award-winning Mangusta Oceano 43. Built in Pisa by Mangusta, a brand of the Overmarine Group, the displacement tri-deck was brought to life through the invaluable collaboration of the shipyard’s engineering department, the visionary naval architect Pierluigi Ausonio from P.L.A.N.A. Design, and the creative genius of designer Alberto Mancini.

A symphony of space and light

The yacht's defining feature is her philosophy of delivering the utmost comfort through expansive onboard spaces. With substantial onboard volumes, floor-to-ceiling windows and a system of sliding doors, the Oceano 44 is a true marvel. The elegant layout ensures a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor areas, made possible by an extensive use of glazed surfaces.

The upper deck stands as a testament to this design philosophy, with full-height windows that provide breathtaking views of the surrounding seascape. Transparent glass panes replace traditional bulwarks and steel handrails, creating an expansive and uninterrupted space. Here, you'll find a second saloon, which can open almost entirely through large sliding doors, offering a picturesque view of the ocean. Alternatively, owners can opt for a second master stateroom on the upper deck for an exclusive, private ocean vista.

The main deck boasts a large saloon adorned with a harmonious blend of materials, including marble floors and camel-toned leather Poltrona Frau sofas. The dining area, which can seat 12 guests, features an onyx centrepiece and a chandelier that can be customised to the owner's taste. The master stateroom, connected to the upper deck, offers a private balcony for ocean views and an en-suite bathroom with rose gold taps, all finished in Calacatta and Thassos marble.

The lower deck is dedicated entirely to guests, with two VIP cabins and a further two guest cabins, each exuding the same colour shades and materials that define the yacht's interior.

Outdoor opulence

The exterior design offers ample space for relaxing and socialising with family and friends. The beach area, the heart of social life on board, opens to create a 180° marine environment filled with natural light.

Moving forward on the upper deck, you'll discover a stunning pool with sunpads. Known as the “The Island”, the sunpads are surrounded by the water, creating an immersive experience. Another unique feature of the infinity pool is the partly transparent bottom so as to let glimmering light shine through to the owner’s cabin. The impressive volumes, including a 104-square-metre sun deck, set the Mangusta Oceano 44 apart.

Performance and adventure await

With a steel and aluminium superstructure, the Oceano 44 boasts not only streamlined elegance but also exceptional performance. With a range of 4,500 nautical miles, a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots, coupled with zero-speed and underway stabilisers, she offers unparalleled comfort and efficiency.

Having recently launched the second and third units, the next hull available for sale is unit seven. For more information on the Oceano 44, contact the Mangusta team today.
