Having just been listed for sale with Ocean Independence, the 30.6-metre Campo Verde is one to watch this season. Campo Verde has benefitted from having just one owner since being delivered by the Italian yard in 2012.
This experienced owner has never been reluctant to invest the right amount of money in the boat to keep her well-maintained and running in top condition and so, it is no surprise the Custom Line 100 superyacht has been gaining attention with her dark grey hull and cream white superstructure in and around the West Med.
As one of the most spacious motor yachts in the 30-metre sector, Campo Verde offers five excellently sized staterooms with ultra-large en-suite bathrooms and entertainment centres in either a main deck master suite option, two doubles and two twins. Designers Zuccon International Project worked alongside the Custom Line team to optimise her 199 GT volume to fit in a range of appealing amenities for any owner wanting to break into the 30-metre market and enjoy the elite yachting lifestyle.
Guests can come aboard via the swim platform that is created by a generous transom door, before heading up to the aft deck or main deck saloon. Tended to by the yacht’s expert crew of five, guests can relax on the saloon’s L-shaped sofa, in the dining area or on the nearby folding balcony. Up above, the flybridge with its opening hardtop benefits from a fully-equipped bar, sun loungers, a huge sofa and dining table. The interior is decorated with satin Canaletto striped Walnut, brown leather and light beige carpets and tasteful upholstery.
In front of the Portuguese bridge lies a second sun lounging area, where guests can be served refreshments by the crew from the galley whilst cruising at speeds of up to 22 knots. Here, there is space for a morning coffee at the table, while the aft deck dining area is another option for alfresco fun.
Down below in the aft tender garage, the space has been designed to fit the Williams 445 Turbojet Tender in the garage sideways, fully benefitting from the yacht’s above-average 7.25-metre beam. This design hack is what has opened up more space for the lower deck guest rooms and a toy store that has room for a Waverunner, Seabob, waterskis and a wakeboard.
When curating Campo Verde’s performance package, the owner opted for four much quieter and more effective Sea Keeper Gyro units compared to the original three Mitsubishi Gyro stabilisers. Combined with the trac Fin Stabilisation system and Humphree interceptors she has onboard, Campo Verde is a comfortable ride at all times, especially at full throttle (26 knots).
