Global real estate advisor Savills revealed in its Prime Second Home Locations Index that the Côte d’Azur ranks as the most highly sought-after destination for luxury living. Research from the Savills Index revealed a strong performance across all the categories (prime residential prices, leisure and lifestyle offering, hospitality, connectivity and global reach), with the area offering prime real estate options combined with high-end dining, retail and hospitality. The average price per square foot in the Côte d'Azur sits at nearly $2,500, with Savills agents reporting a new influx of younger purchasers in the region.
