Windy Boats is a Scandinavian manufacturer of motor boats and luxury yachts, established in 1966 by Hugo Vold in Norway. The company was founded on the principle of building robust, seaworthy vessels, drawing inspiration from the durable fishing boats used by the founder's family.

Today, Windy Boats operates as a subsidiary of Periscopus AS, with its corporate headquarters located in Västervik, Sweden, and production facilities based in Poland. The company specialises in the design and construction of sports cruisers, dayboats and custom tenders for larger superyachts, with vessel lengths typically ranging from seven to over 18 metres.

The brand's engineering focuses on deep-V planing hulls, which are designed to provide stable handling and performance in open-water conditions. Over its history, the company has transitioned from traditional wood craftsmanship to modern fibreglass and composite manufacturing.

In addition to its standard production models, Windy collaborates with external naval architects and design studios, such as Espen Øino, to produce its SR Series of chase boats and bespoke limousine tenders. The company distributes its vessels globally through a network of independent marine dealerships, primarily serving the premium recreational boating and superyacht markets.
