FLIBS 2026: Everything you need to know about the world's largest in-water boat show

7 October 2026 • Written by Hannah Rankine for Informa Markets

The 67th annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) is set to return to Florida's "yachting capital of the world" from 28 October to 1 November 2026. As the globe's largest in-water boat show, this year's edition promises a fresh lineup of debuts, luxury experiences and an action-packed schedule across six show sites.

Whether you're a seasoned yachtsman, a marine industry professional or simply curious about life on the water, FLIBS caters to every level of interest. Attendees will have access to an impressive range of vessels - from sportfishers and centre consoles to superyachts - alongside the latest marine technology, accessories, fishing gear, diving equipment and personal watercraft.

“Entering our 67th year, FLIBS continues to prove why Fort Lauderdale is the Yachting Capital of the World," said Andrew Doole, president of U.S. Boat Shows at Informa Markets. "There's something special about returning to this city year after year to bring together the world's most incredible vessels and deliver an unforgettable experience for our attendees. This year’s show will have the same attractions attendees have come to love, with some exciting enhancements we’re eager for them to experience firsthand."

The superyacht lineup

Leading the pack of superyachts confirmed for FLIBS 2026 so far is the 92.9-metre Oceanco Draak, owned by videogame developer Gabe Newell and designed to support scientific research as a companion vessel to the 111-metre Leviathan. Next in line is the 62.7-metre Royal Hakvoort explorer yacht Scout, currently listed for sale with Fraser.

Other notable entries include the 1989-built expedition yacht Scintilla Maris, which is heading to auction in early November; a newly delivered 2025 Ocean Alexander 35P; the 36.8-metre Sanlorenzo Ambar; and a brand-new 33.5-metre Sanlorenzo SL110A.

The Windward VIP Experience

For those seeking a premium experience, the Windward VIP Experience returns with a new twist. One location remains at the Superyacht Village, offering complimentary self-parking, a VIP lounge with gourmet food, a premium open bar, exclusive activations, private restrooms and one-hour early access through the Superyacht Village entrance.

The second location, the newly relocated Windward VIP Cabana Club, will now be found at Bahia Mar Marina. This cabana-style retreat provides a more intimate setting with the same high-end amenities - all set against stunning waterfront views. Both locations will feature culinary talent from Chef Ryan O'Sullivan of Hell's Kitchen and Chef Dave White of Below Deck and Chopped.

Also returning to Bahia Mar is the Goslings Island Bar, located on the water between Docks C and D.

The Broward County Convention Center

The Broward County Convention Center will once again serve as the show's anchor, featuring an extensive selection of fishing boats, runabouts, cruisers, marine accessories, fishing equipment, diving gear and personal watercraft. The venue will also host The Blue Wild, offering hands-on exhibits and activities, along with the FLIBS Kids Corner, which provides crafts, face painting and family-friendly fun throughout the event.

Don Dingman's popular "Hook the Future" kids fishing clinics will return on Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 and 14:00, with attendees leaving with a free fishing rod and reel.

The Convention Center also serves as the show's transportation hub, offering more than 3,000 parking spots at a flat rate of $20 per day. From there, guests can reach all six show locations via complimentary shuttle or golf cart, with dedicated routes connecting the Convention Center to Bahia Mar, Superyacht Village and other key locations.

“FLIBS is widely known as the world’s largest in-water boat show,” said Phil Purcell, CEO and president of the Marine Industries Association of South Florida (MIASF). “With more than $1.79 billion in economic impact generated annually and the 100,000-plus jobs it produces across South Florida, this show is as much a cornerstone of our community as it is a global showcase for the marine industry."
