Inside the New G120 Galati Signature Series
Built from a completely new semi-displacement fibreglass hull design, this 36.5 metre yacht has been designed by naval architect Jack Sarin and marries long-range efficiency with a spacious interior layout.
The yacht is a result of a design process which saw Galati consult a community of knowledgeable and experienced yacht owners and crew. The result is yacht with speed, handling, fuel capacity and roomy interiors at the forefront of its design.
Accommodation on board the raised pilothouse superyacht is for an impressive 10 guests in a five-stateroom layout. The crew quarters of three staterooms accommodates a crew of six. There are also a total of seven heads on board, including two day heads in the saloon and on the flybridge deck.
The accommodation layout includes a master suite, two full beam VIP suites and two guest cabins, including one that can be easily converted into a workout room to allow owners, guests and crew to stay in shape during extended voyages. Elsewhere, the yacht includes a well-equipped country kitchen-style galley.
The yacht’s interiors are voluminous and open, thanks to the 7.6 metre beam. Large hull side windows flood the interiors with natural light and provide wide-reaching ocean views. This generous beam also enables the inclusion of walk-around side decks, which allow the crew to carry out work on board without disrupting guests.
This innovative layout has been specifically configured for owners intending to entertain a number of guests on board at once or who would like to offer the boat out for charter.
The hi-torque, quiet power of two MTU 16V2000 2,185hp engines provides an impressive top speed of 25 knots and cruising speed of 20 knots. The G120 also displays a best in class range, perfect for those wanting to travel long distances in regions such as the US and Caribbean.
