Ocean Independence has appointed Lana Hürzeler, daughter of company founder and CEO, Peter Hürzeler, to its board of directors. At 35 and currently serving as the Swiss brokerage’s head of human resources, she becomes the fifth member of the board, joining her father, Peter Hürzeler, chief commercial officer Toby Maclaurin, legal expert Hans Hürzeler and finance specialist Simon Vischer.
