OceanWorld Group and Denison Yachting have announced a strategic joint venture that will establish a comprehensive international yachting platform spanning three of the world's most significant yachting regions: the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
The partnership brings together Denison Yachting's 75-year heritage in the US market spanning yacht sales, brokerage, charter, new construction and client services with OceanWorld Group's expanding network across Europe and the Middle East.
The GCC-based marine services company operates a diverse portfolio spanning yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, crewing, manufacturing, service, and marine solutions. OceanWorld represents top dealers in the GCC region, including Sunseeker Gulf, the official distributor of Sunseeker Yachts throughout the GCC, Galeon Yachts, representing the Polish shipyard’s award-winning range of luxury motor yachts, and Pearl Yachts, a boutique builder of limited-edition premium motor yachts. The portfolfio further includes Autore DMCCO, Clean Seas Yacht Care, Eastwind Gulf, Crew Hub and YACHTBEACH Gulf.
The new co-venture between two industry power players aims to create what the companies describe as an unprecedented level of connectivity between these key yachting destinations, providing clients, yacht owners, shipyards, brokers and industry partners with seamless access to a broader international network and facilitating movement between markets across multiple regions.
The announcement comes as the global yachting industry experiences increasing interconnectivity, with clients and yacht owners operating across multiple regions. The alliance positions both companies to capitalise on this trend, offering integrated services that span yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, new construction and related marine services. Both organisations have stressed that the new partnership will prioritise talent development and team growth with the venture designed to create new opportunities for team members while maintaining the high level of service that has defined both brands.
Bryan Braley, President of Denison said of the news, "We could not be more excited about this partnership. We have developed great respect for Oceanworld over the years and all that they have been able to accomplish in their region. With this partnership and Oceanworld's ambition for long-term growth, Denison's global reach and footprint within all major yachting markets has become second to none. It is a very exciting day for Denison and our customers as we begin our next chapter of success."
Lydia Pascarelli, CEO of OceanWorld Group, emphasised the strategic vision behind the alliance: "Denison is an exceptional brand with a remarkable history, an outstanding team and a very strong position in the US and international yachting markets. This joint venture is about bringing together complementary strengths and creating something with long-term ambition. We see enormous potential in further developing the Denison brand while investing in the people behind it and connecting its capabilities with OceanWorld's growing platform across Europe and the Middle East."
