RELIANCE for charter
Reliance is a standout in Heesen’s 55-metre series, built around a wish list that delivers the full measure of time on the water. She borrows the best from her predecessors and folds in fresh touches that make her feel distinctly her own, with an expansive sundeck, jacuzzi, beach club and gym. Inside, Luca Dini’s interior is serene and understated, kept with meticulous attention to detail by a crew of thirteen whose care shapes each charter from the moment guests step on board.
Reliance marks the first collaboration between the Dutch shipyard and renowned Italian designer Luca Dini. Tay wood, marine leather, and pale herringbone flooring create a calm, zen-like interior, accented by light stone, dark oak, and subtle bronze detailing.
In the main salon, full-height glazing on both sides fills the space with daylight, while bronze-mirrored ceiling panels double the sense of volume. The sky lounge above offers a more relaxed setting with a marble-topped bar and three gold-fluted stools, one of few moments of embellishment on board. Sliding glass doors open to the aft terrace, maintaining a connection between inside and out.
Reliance accommodates up to 12 guests in six beautifully appointed cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, framed by tall windows that draw in daylight. An en suite bathroom is finished in hand-selected, book-matched marble, with a deep bathtub, twin rainfall showers, and a generous dressing room.
The remaining accommodations include a cabin on the upper deck, while two double cabins and two twin cabins are located on the lower deck, giving ample choice for family groups or mixed parties.
The sundeck is the crown jewel with a jacuzzi encircled by sunpads at one end, a relaxed sun lounge at the other, and a bar splitting the two. Modular furniture adapts without fuss, suited to slow afternoons or sundowners.
The upper aft deck is the principal space for al fresco dining. Menus are crafted entirely around each guest, from relaxed family-style lunches to tasting menus inspired by regional flavours and seasonal ingredients.
Closer to the water, the beach club doubles as a private wellness suite. The gym is fitted with Technogym equipment and opens directly onto the swim platform for sea-breeze workouts, or can be enclosed while underway, with natural light filtering through glass panels in the transom. A sauna and hammam complete the experience.
