British boat builder Falcon Tenders has announced a new collaboration with renowned British yacht designer Tim Heywood for a custom 11-metre tender.
Recognised for designing some of the world's most iconic vessels, including Lürssen's A+, Carinthia VII and Pelorus, Feadship's Symphony and several Amels builds such as Here Comes the Sun, Heywood now brings his superyacht penmanship and philosophy to tender proportions.
The new 11-metre tender features the designer's signature styling – accentuated by a timeless navy and white profile – and has been specifically optimised for large motherships. Notably, a three-metre beam and compact height of 1.97 metres ensure hassle-free integration into garages.
The tender features both forward and aft boarding options for easy access on board, with room for up to 11 guests in generous seating. There is also direct entry to a cabin for both practical and efficient guest and crew operations.
In keeping with Heywood's refined exterior lines, the interior has been curated with a classical elegance featuring navy leathers and rich wood details.
Due to the onboard layout, the tender also has the capability of being fitted with a diesel-electric propulsion system for quieter and more efficient operations. Meanwhile, gyroscopic stabilisers have been added to elevate comfort – reducing roll and ensuring a smooth ride in all conditions.
“Working with Tim Heywood Design has been a natural fit for Falcon Tenders," said Mark Pascoe, founder and CEO of Falcon Tenders. "Tim’s ability to distil iconic superyacht styling into an 11-metre platform is exceptional, and this tender perfectly reflects our shared focus on elegance, comfort and uncompromising quality. It is a tender designed not just to perform, but to belong alongside the world’s most prestigious yachts.”
