When Sovereign hit the water in 2011, she became the flagship of her American yard, built for an experienced yachtsman who valued quality above all else. With 1,100 GT of interior volume, there’s ample room for guests to kick back complemented by high ceilings and vast exterior decks.

A traditional interior by Claudette Bonville features chocolate woods, marble floors and sleeps up to 14 guests across six cabins with two master suites: one of the upper deck benefitting from 270-degree forward views, the other full-beam with eight oval windows that frame the ocean. The remaining guest cabins reside on the lower deck, made up of two doubles and two twins, each with a Pullman berth.

The main saloon, accessed through a marbled foyer, offers a lounge and adjacent dining area but it’s the skylounge that reigns supreme on board. At almost double the size, this upper lounge benefits from superior sea views, a sit-up bar and a circular al fresco dining table aft where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Other highlights include a split-level sundeck with a tiled infinity spa pool, shielded from the heat of the sun by a hard top, and an elevator accessing all interior decks.

Her second and present owner kitted her out with state-of-the-art upgrades and she has been maintained to the highest standard. Sovereign is offered for sale fresh from a recent five-year ABS survey with extended engine warranty through to 2021. Power comes from twin Diesel 3512-B Caterpillar for a top speed of 14 knots and an economic range of 5,400 nautical miles.

Sovereign is asking €23,950,000 with Worth Avenue Yachts.
