A new central agency has been announced on the Extra Yachts motor yacht X One, listed for sale with Jan Jaap Minnema and Quentin Bourgeois of Fraser.
One of the first two hulls from Italian builder, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, X One is part of the X99 Fast Series and was delivered in 2023. Francesco Guida's sporty, contemporary exterior is combined with naval architecture from Palumbo, resulting in a performance-oriented profile.
The interiors are courtesy of Luca Dini, with a main saloon framed by windows, allowing natural light in and featuring limed oak flooring and contrasting natural oak joinery and panelling. Leather in soft, natural tones and stainless steel accents are also found throughout. With a volume of 168GT and a 7.2-metre beam, her broker noted the “generous interior volumes are ideal for spending quality time with family and friends".
Accommodation is for 10 guests spanning four cabins, including two full-beam owner’s suites, two convertible twin cabins and two Pullman berths, all with en suites featuring “spider” marble. There are also quarters for four crew.
Al fresco dining can be enjoyed on the main deck aft, where a long white marble table seating eight guests is featured under the shade of the deck above.
Up top, the sundeck serves as a social hub for dining and lounging, with a banquette, built-in tables, and sunpads to complete the deck.
The yacht’s standout feature is her expansive 75-square-metre stern, which incorporates a cockpit, aft deck and two fold-down balconies, creating a beach-club setting.
For comfort, the yacht for sale is fitted with stabilisers for both at anchor and underway. Powered by a pair of MTU diesel engines and twin waterjet propulsion, she delivers a top speed of 34 knots and a cruising speed of 28 knots.
X One is asking €6,700,000.
