Bob Denison at Denison Yacht Sales sends news of a $450,000 price cut on the 39.6m motor yacht Mary Alice II, listed for sale by Bob Crow. This is the second reduction within the last month following a $500,000 discount in early July.
A Westport 130 launched in 2002, Mary Alice II features generous accommodation for 10 guests in five cabins including a full beam master suite on the main deck. In the past 12 months over $1 million has been spent on upgrading her systems, including the installation of zero speed stabilisers.
Available to view in Fort Lauderdale, Mary Alice II is now asking $8.95 million, down from $9.4 million.
