A €955,000 price drop has been announced on the 30.7-metre motor yacht Zeemar, listed for sale with Ed Dickinson and Deniz Kaymaz of Northrop & Johnson.
Delivered by Turkish shipyard Aydos Yat in 2016, the all-wooden vessel is the result of an all-Turkish design team, penned by Alparslan Tekogul with interiors from the yard's in-house interior studio.
Zeemar had an "aesthetic and technical" refit in 2022 returning her to RINA class, with her five-year special survey previously completed in 2020. According to her broker she was crafted with "close attention to detail" and now offers "exceptional charter potential".
Accommodation is provided on board for a party of 10 guests in three VIP cabins and two twin cabins, the full-beam master being on the main deck and sporting triple vertical windows on each side, his and her en suites and a queen-sized bed. There are additional quarters for a crew of six.
Her saloon, entered through large glass sliding doors aft, includes L-shaped sofa seating and an eight-seater marble dining table forward. Automated "ascetic" blinds offer privacy in the evenings when stern-to in port.
However, Zeemar's sundeck is the star of the show: stretching 90 square metres and fitted with an L-shaped lounge, multiple sun loungers and a marble-topped bar. Meanwhile, the upper deck houses al fresco dining for eight, a relaxed lounge and a secondary saloon for further entertaining. Guests can also enjoy three Jet Skis in the garage and a swim platform for effortless water access.
Twin 1,120hp MAN diesel engines power the 245GT yacht for sale to a top speed of 13 knots, cruising speed of 11 knots and a range of 1,100 nautical miles.
Zeemar is now asking €2,995,000, currently lying near Imperia, Italy.
