I hear from Harry Peralta at Fraser Yachts that he has joined forces with Steen Christensen at Camper & Nicholsons Spain to list the half-built Benetti Sail Division 105 RS motor yacht for sale.
Under construction at the Benetti Sail Division yard in Viareggio, Italy, this 32.4 metre steel/aluminium displacement yacht is a development of the yard's round stern yachts with a sleeker exterior design and a contemporary styled interior. Designed by Massimo and Verme the yacht has naval architecture by CLM.
One of the few steel displacement yachts in this size, the vessel's hull has already been faired and primed, and it is only 13 months away from delivery in 2013, but the buyer would still be able to choose the interior style and materials as well as exterior hull colour.
A proposed interior has been designed by A-Cube, a Viareggio-based design studio, in a contemporary style utilising oak, canaletto walnut and ebony, together with leather panelling. Accommodating 10 guests in five cabins, the layout offers an owner's suite forward on the main deck with 180-degree views, and two VIPs and two twin cabins on the lower deck. Crew quarters accommodate up to six crew.
Exterior guest areas include the main aft deck with a 10-seater round table for al fresco dining, a large sun deck with a retractable hard top and spa pool, and a sunbathing area in front of the wheelhouse. There is also an open helm station on the flying bridge.
RINA classed, with Green Star and Comfort Class rating, the yacht will be fitted with twin 1,000hp MAN D2842 engines, giving her a projected cruising speed of 12.7 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Ready for delivery in 2013, the Benetti Sail Division 105 RS motor yacht is listed for sale by Fraser Yachts and Camper & Nicholsons Spain asking €6,700,000.
