Charles Blickle at Denison Yacht Sales tells me he's signed the 40.2 metre motor yacht Theodora for sale.

Built by the Greek yard Anastassiades Shipyard to a design by Simantiras Naval Architects, her interior is by Vasili Zareulias in polished teak and she was delivered in 1982. A full refit in 2004/05 included, among much else, new telecommunication and entertainment systems.

Her 12 guests are accommodated in six staterooms consisting of a master suite, two double staterooms and three twin cabins. All staterooms have televisions and mini bars plus full en suite bathrooms with shower, and the owner's suite also has a bath tub. Each cabin is also equipped with speakers for stereo music, all individually controlled, with a choice of programmes from the central

Pioneer music system.

Theodora boasts large deck areas for al fresco entertainment and dining including a huge sun deck with space for nine armchairs and 12 sun pads. On the upper deck there is comfortable seating plus a table with six chairs. Twin 3,412hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots.

Lying in Piraeus, Greece, Theodora is asking $995,000.
