The 36.8 metre motor yacht Li-Lien, listed for sale by Wes Sanford at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Lengers Yachts.
One of Dutch yard Heesen's popular 3700 series, she was built in aluminium with exterior and interior design by Omega Architects and delivered in 2005 with a full refit in 2012. Well planned accommodation is for up to ten guests in five generous cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite on the main deck, two doubles and two twins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities.
Her large saloon is fully carpeted and has two attractive curved settees to port and starboard facing an entertainment centre including a large flatscreen television and there are attractive occasional chairs for additional seating.
