The 36.8 metre motor yacht Li-Lien, listed for sale by Wes Sanford at Northrop & Johnson, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Lengers Yachts.

One of Dutch yard Heesen's popular 3700 series, she was built in aluminium with exterior and interior design by Omega Architects and delivered in 2005 with a full refit in 2012. Well planned accommodation is for up to ten guests in five generous cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite on the main deck, two doubles and two twins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities.

Li-Lien was asking $5,900,000

Her large saloon is fully carpeted and has two attractive curved settees to port and starboard facing an entertainment centre including a large flatscreen television and there are attractive occasional chairs for additional seating. Forward is a formal dining area for up to ten guests and there is ample storage for glassware, china and cutlery.

The aft deck is vast and has built-in seating upholstered in bright orange fabric around a table with teak loungers upholstered in matching fabrics. Up on the flybridge is yet another fine al fresco entertaining and dining area, offering a Jacuzzi, a new wet bar and sunbathing areas. There is also another very private seating area on the foredeck where casual snacks may be enjoyed in peace and quiet.

Twin 3,648hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 26 knots, a maximum speed of 32 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles.

Li-Lien was asking $5,900,000.
