The 26.52 metre motor yacht Irish Mist, listed for sale by Peter Kehoe at Peter Kehoe & Associates, has been sold with Andy Kniffin at AK Yachts introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Johnson Yachts, Irish Mist was delivered in 2004. An interior in high gloss mahogany accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite with a king sized bed, a VIP suite, also with a king sized bed and port and starboard twins, all with entertainment centres, LCD television screens and full en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for six crew.
The open plan saloon has a lounge area with comfortable seating in front of an entertainment centre including a large television screen and a stereo surround sound system. There is also a full wet bar and an ice maker while forward is a formal dining area with seating for six guests around an oval dining table and there are storage cabinets for the dinnerware.
Less formal al fresco dining and cocktails may be enjoyed on the large sheltered aft deck with built in upholstered seating and a table on a rise and fall mechanism. The enclosed bridge has Stidd helm seats, U-shaped seating, a wet bar, ice maker and barbecue, all under a hard top, and there is stowage for the tender in the open aft area. Access is via pantograph doors to port and starboard.
Twin 1,550hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots.
Lying in South-East Florida, Irish Mist was asking $2,250,000.
