Northrop & Johnson sells Ocean Alexander 120 superyacht

Brian Commette at Northrop & Johnson calls with news that he's closed on the sale of the first 36.5m Ocean Alexander 120 motor yacht.

Launched in August 2012, she is the first of three contracts in an alliance between Christensen and Ocean Alexander, and she has an interior design by Evan K Marshall. He specifically designed her with charter in mind and she has massive storage space for guests' baggage an personal effects.

This tri-deck yacht features accommodation for 10 guests in an on-deck master suite and four double staterooms below, all with capacious hanging lockers and en suite facilities. There are also separate captain’s quarters, cabins for six crew, a walk-in pantry and full-size freezers.

The Ocean Alexander 120 was asking $16.9 million.
