The 27.81 metre motor yacht Miss Michelle, listed for sale by 1 Ocean Yachts, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Rob Newton at IYC.
Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Ocean Alexander to a design by Ed Monk Jr, Miss Michelle was delivered in 2012 and constantly upgraded ever since, including new teak decks in 2019. Decorated throughout in custom sapele wood semi-gloss panelling and woodwork, she accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite with a king-sized bed, a VIP suite with a queen-sized bed and two identical twins to port and starboard. All cabins come with LCD television screens and full en suite bathroom facilities.
The main saloon is luxurious and comfortable, with an L-shaped sofa and occasional chairs, a wine cooler and an entertainment centre including a 52-inch LCD television screen. The galley is fully equipped with professional systems for gourmet cooking and also has a dinette with an L-shaped table and a 26-inch LCD television set.
Al fresco entertaining and dining is available on an expansive aft deck with upholstered bench seating, a bar, fridge, ice maker and a 22-inch LCD television. Another favoured spot for guests is the sky lounge which has three helm chairs, a raised settee, a wet bar, fridge, ice maker and a 22-inch LCD television screen. Twin MTU 1,600hp diesel engines give her a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.
Miss Michelle was asking $3,700,000.
