A call to Tom Walden at Ocean Independence confirms that Nick Dean's central agency listing, the 42.7m motor yacht Element, has had a fairly radical price cut.

Element was built by Cantieri di Pisa in 2002 and meticulously maintained since new. ABS classed and MCA compliant, she accommodates 12 guests in a master, VIP, two double and two twin cabins. With a range of 650 nautical miles at 16 knots, Element's price has come down from €13.95 million to €12.5 million.
