The 24.42 metre sailing yacht Elettra has been sold with Adam Papadakis at Camper & Nicholsons International representing both buyer and seller.

Originally built in Kevlar composite by Italian yard Perini Navi, she was delivered in 1987 to Fabio Perini, founder of the famous yard. Accommodation is for up to seven guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite, double and a twin, all with entertainment systems, television screens and en suite shower facilities.

Elettra was asking €650,000

The saloon is comfortable and relaxing with ample seating in front of an entertainment centre including a Samsung LCD television screen and a Bose stereo surround sound system. On deck, the main cockpit comes complete with upholstered seating, a fridge and barbecue along with a custom Bimini top in stainless steel.

She boasts an impeccable service history under her previous owner, having had a full interior refit with a mechanical overhaul in 2012, while in 2013 she received a new main sail and genoa. In 2015 a new staysail and a Kohler generator were fitted and in 2016 all the air conditioning compressors were replaced. Under power, a 238hp Caterpillar diesel engine gives her a cruising speed of 10 knots.

Her broker commented: "She has recently benefited from a total refit of all sailing systems by the builders and has been the subject of constant upgrades and improvements under her current ownership. Elettra now appears to be in superb condition throughout. A fantastic opportunity to acquire a beautiful, ready to sail piece of history from the iconic Perini yard and become a part of this elite group of owners."

Elettra was asking €650,000.
