A call to Bjorn Vang-Mathisen at Ocean Independence brings news of yet another price reduction, this time to Christensen's 42.7m motor yacht Daydream, a joint listing with his colleague Eric Trupheme.

Built in 1991 and refitted in 2004 and 2008, she's a high-volume classically styled superyacht that's proved highly successful in the charter market, accommodating 10 guests in five staterooms. Bjorn also tells me that over this winter Daydream will have a completely new saloon sofa group and carpeting, re-covered dining chairs and bar stools and so on, giving a really fresh look to the entire main deck. Currently lying in Gothenburg, Sweden, Daydream is now asking €5.9 million, down from €6.7 million.
