Golfito Marina Village & Resort in Costa Rica is officially under construction and Denison Yacht Sales has listed a variety of berths in the 10-metre to 100-metre range for sale.

Golfito Marina Village & Resort is located on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, safely outside of the hurricane zone and 343 nautical miles north of the Panama Canal. With year-round calm waters, Golfito Bay is the only approved drop-off and pick-up zone for yacht transport ships on the West Coast of Central and South America.
The sheltered marina will boast lavish waterfront residences, full resort amenities and comfortable captain and crew facilities. It will also feature a 81-metre fuel dock with 100 gallons per minute filtered fuel pumps and dry rack storage for boats up to 12.2 metres. The marina will also benefit from onsite Customs and Immigration.
Berths for sale are alongside and range from $350,000 to $4 million with excellent pre-construction incentives on offer.
