ISA Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts, has added a 66-metre model to its Granturismo line, known as the ISA GT 66. The new entry has longstanding collaborator Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi behind its taut, sporty lines, intended to "reinterpret the style of the grand sea coupé".
A metallic, blue-grey exterior, aeronautical side decks and a long, flat bow characterise the new design, with the latter fitted entirely in teak and designed as a multifunctional lounge area with minimalist furnishings, fireplaces and luminous inserts. Glass balustrades complement the outdoor spaces, providing 180-degree, panoramic views.
Other defining elements include the aft deck infinity pool, served by sunloungers, and the upper deck saloon which can be configured as a dining area, gym or panoramic lounge, complete with Jacuzzi in the bow. According to the Italian yard, the wellness area is the major convivial space, featuring a spa, gym and large fold-out platforms for direct exposure to the sea.
The interiors reflect the ISA GT 66's strong but shapely exterior with organic furnishings, curved furniture and "premium materials" such as warm woods, wenge inserts, marble and satin-finish brass details. Accommodation is across seven cabins, with the full-beam master cabin located on the main deck and designed with a walk-in closet, bathroom with double sink and lounge area.
According to BOATPro, ISA Yachts has 11 projects on order or actively under construction.
The Italian yard recently celebrated a construction milestone for its third ISA GT 45 model, as well as the sale of the second unit in the Unica 45M series.
