Sunreef Yachts reveals first details of Sunreef 80 powercat
by Chris Jefferies
Polish multihull specialist Sunreef Yachts has released the first details of a new 24 metre catamaran motor yacht called the Sunreef 80 Power.
As the images below reveal, this in-house design sports contemporary exterior styling, with stainless steel portlights, high bulwarks and subtle ambient lighting. Key features include a superyacht tender garage that is large enough to swallow up a dinghy and a Jet Ski as well as numerous other water toys.
Moving inside and the main deck saloon makes good use of the Sunreef 80 Power’s 12.1 metre beam, while further forward guests will find a full-beam bow terrace with plenty of room for relaxing on deck or soaking up some sun.
The yard will offer a number of options for the all-important upper deck, including a waterfall-fed superyacht spa pool, retractable hardtop, upper helm position, a bar area and a generous amount of seating in a wide variety of configurations.

Accommodation is for up to 12 guests and four crewmembers, while the engine room can be fitted with either twin 575hp engines or twin 1,200hp engines. The latter comes with the largest fuel tanks, totaling 8,000 litres of diesel. An ideal option for shallow waters cruising, the Sunreef 80 Power features a maximum draught of just 1.25 metres.
Other projects currently under development at the Polish yard include the Sunreef 80 range of sailing catamarans, with the first two hulls due to hit the water before the end of the year.
