With a depth of technical experience dating back to the foundation of MTN in 1981, PRIVA continues a strong relationship with the superyacht market, which began back in 2004 when the company installed the market's first satellite links aboard a private yacht and continues to this day, with 40% of the largest superyachts in the world currently relying on their expertise.

As part of its new offering, PRIVA supports clients with a VVIP service program, which includes bespoke technical support from the PRIVA Technical Concierge centres in Florida and Spain. These centres have been operating since the beginning of July and have so far achieved an 80% rate of resolving issues during the first call.
