Why everyone is talking about the new Sunseeker 94 Yacht ahead of its summer 2026 debut

The first hull of the Sunseeker 94 Yacht hasn’t yet touched the water, but it has already found its owner, snapped up shortly after the model’s concept was unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024. For this particular owner, the design clearly struck a chord from the outset, which speaks to how the British shipyard is refining its approach to onboard living with this new 28.6-metre model. Now in build and due to launch this July ahead of sea trials, the first hull will be delivered straight to her new owner, while hulls two and three are already in production.

A design that removes friction

At the heart of the 94 Yacht is a concept Sunseeker calls “Intentional Design for Effortless Connection”. It’s a philosophy that encompasses how onboard life is considered. Rather than overwhelming owners with features, the yacht’s design aims to remove friction, allowing spaces to feel intuitive and eliminate decision-making, with technology that fades into the background and spaces that flow naturally.

Sunseeker has always been known for bold, sporty lines, and the 94 Yacht doesn't abandon that DNA. The exterior profile is streamlined and uninterrupted, with smooth glazing and carefully placed GRP elements inspired by a “ha ha” design (a landscaping technique that creates uninterrupted sightlines), maintaining continuity while discreetly incorporating functional elements like side decks and a semi-concealed anchoring system.

Forward, the bow has been reimagined as a layered social space with a split-level configuration. Thanks to the lowered bow profile, an upper section is dedicated to open, sun-drenched lounging with panoramic views, while a lower seating area offers a more sheltered, private alternative.

A softer interior language

Inside, Sunseeker has collaborated with Design Unlimited to introduce a fresh interior direction. The palette leans into earthy browns and warm creams, layered through high-quality natural leathers, cottons and wool fabrics from the brand’s Platinum collection.

Entering the main saloon, an L-shaped sofa and television create a natural gathering point - perfect for lounging or cosy movie nights - while a formal dining area sits forward. Sliding doors lead out onto the aft deck, where Sunseeker’s signature X-TEND™ sunbed system allows the space to adapt throughout the day, from shaded seating to full sunbathing. From here, steps lead down to a hydraulic rise-and-fall swim platform, while an integrated garage houses a Williams SportJet 395, with the option for a jet ski launch system.

Accommodation is designed with flexibility in mind, offering layouts for either eight or 10 guests. Owners can choose between a configuration with a main-deck master and additional cabins below, or a more owner-focused arrangement with two master suites, including a master on the lower deck amidships that stretches the full 6.5-metre beam. Across both layouts, particular attention has been paid to noise insulation for greater relaxation and privacy. There are separate crew quarters in the bow for a team of four.

The onboard social hub

When the sun is shining, the flybridge becomes the social heart of the yacht. Here, you'll find a wet bar, ice maker, barbecue and a Jacuzzi - all the essentials for outdoor entertaining. Multiple canopy options allow you to enjoy the space on your terms, whether you want full sun or shade.

Powered by twin MTU 10V M96L engines, the 94 Yacht reaches speeds of up to 26 knots and at a cruising speed of 10 knots, she offers a range of approximately 1,255 nautical miles.

Command is centred around a fully redesigned helm station, ergonomically optimised for ease of use, whether in the hands of experienced crew or an owner keen to take a more active role. The layout prioritises clarity and comfort, with intuitive controls and integrated Simrad navigation systems supporting confident operation in a range of conditions.

A shallow 1.9-metre draught allows access to almost any cruising grounds, while Humphree X-Series interceptors provide advanced stabilisation and trim control for enhanced comfort underway.

Owners are heavily involved in the customisation process, with a wide range of optional upgrades available, including advanced navigation stations, wet bar facilities and even refrigeration tailored for tropical climates. It's a yacht that adapts to you, not the other way around.
