For sale: Last ever Custom Line Navetta 28 superyacht produced

12 April 2021 • Written by MennYacht Group

As the smallest option for a yacht by Custom Line, the Navetta 28 is the platform that formed the basis of the brand’s ever-expanding and striking fleet. Now, the Navetta 28 has become the Navetta 30, thus making the soon-to-be-delivered Chelonia the last 28.31-metre Custom Line superyacht up for grabs.

She is currently listed with MennYacht Group as a brand-new project for €5,950,000 and comes with over 100 customisation options for the interior and exterior design. Anything from integrated AV/TV systems, dimming light solutions to the size of the shower can be adapted and added to suit the lucky new owner.

With the help of Zuccon International Project, Custom Line has created a complete range of superyachts that share innovative solutions and a balanced design. These harmonious design elements are what make Custom Line yachts, particularly the Navetta 28, perfect for comfortable cruises with enough well-thought-out spaces to share special moments with friends and family.

A standout feature onboard Chelonia is her Dual Mode Transom system (a Ferretti Group patent that sees a bespoke aft outer area) that combines the floodable garage, a bathing platform and a 9-square-metre beach club situated on the lower deck making for one of the largest clubs for a yacht in this class. Another is the stylistic and continuous glazed panel that stretches from bow to stern, while a series of innovative, extraordinarily large 1.4-square-metre stanchion-free hull windows stretch to the height of the four forward guest cabins with two ‘invisible’ portholes that are incorporated seamlessly into the glass.

Not only do the five luxurious en-suite staterooms benefit from this stream of natural light and top-of-the-range infotainment systems, but so too does the open-plan main saloon with its central U-shaped sofa, concealed cinema area and nearby dining and galley space. Here, guests can also wander out onto the main deck starboard, where a bar and intimate socialising spot can be found, and the owner’s private area towards the bow.

The options for living a life of bliss at sea expands even further on the upper deck, where guests can operate the circular sliding glazed door system to suit their needs – whether that be to create a cosy and enclosed room once the night draws in, or an open indoor-outdoor area. Nearby, the wide sun deck is a comfortable private spot for both owner and guests, which upon request can be fitted with a Jacuzzi lounge and an awning.

Chelonia’s performance package can also be negotiated. The model already comes with the ability to reach 16 knots thanks to twin MAN V8 1,200 mhp engines and a cruising speed of 13.5 knots, with a 400 and 650 nautical mile range, respectively. At an economic cruising speed of 10 knots, an impressive range 1,250 nautical miles can be attained and enhanced with optional additional thrusters and generators.
