Azimut Yachts secures 18-yacht fleet deal with Assets Group in the Maldives

Italian builder Azimut Yachts has declared a strategic partnership with global destinations developer Assets Group to deliver a dedicated fleet of 18 yachts to the Maldives.

The agreement was formally signed on 13 September aboard Azimut's new 43.9-metre flagship Shabby, one of seven Grande 44M yachts, during the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival. Due to commence operations this year, the partnership intends to integrate bespoke resort stays with the yachting lifestyle, denoting a significant expansion of Azimut's footprint in the Indian Ocean.
