Denison Yachting has announced a landmark merger with OneWater Yacht Group, creating what is now the largest yacht firm in the world. The combined business will operate under the Denison Yachting brand while retaining its existing leadership team.
With a network spanning 23 offices across the US and Europe, the new group will offer clients an expanded range of services across yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, crew placement and after-sales support. Together, the firms will manage more than 800 active listings, supported by 180 yacht brokers.
The deal significantly grows Denison’s portfolio, which now includes Absolute Yachts, HCB, Riviera, Prestige Yachts and Belize Yachts. It also cements the company’s position as the "largest Sunseeker dealer worldwide“.
"This is an exciting new chapter for Denison Yachting and our clients,” said Bob Denison, president of Denison Yachting. “By joining with OneWater Yacht Group, we’re bringing together two of the strongest teams in the industry. Our clients will benefit from more boats to choose from, the best marketing and technology, and a full-service approach that makes yacht ownership simpler and more enjoyable.”
Bryan Braley, president of OneWater Yacht Group, added: “Our goal has always been to deliver the very best experience for our customers, with our greatest strengths being new yacht sales and service. By combining Denison’s unmatched expertise in brokerage and charter with their industry-leading marketing, we are creating the most comprehensive and customer-focused yachting company in the world.”
As a publicly traded company, the group has emphasised its ongoing commitment to transparency, innovation and client trust. The merger, it said, was designed to put clients first, offering "a safer, more seamless, and more enjoyable yacht-buying and selling experience".
