Superyacht broker IYC has announced a relocation of its UK office from St. George Street to Conduit Street in Mayfair.
In a strategic move to expand IYC's presence within the city, the UK office will continue to provide sales, new construction, charter retail, charter management and yacht management services at its new address in London.
"IYC’s expansion feels like a natural progression as our team grows. London is an international hub, home to some of the world’s leading international headquarters, family offices, and long-established luxury brands," explained charter consultant Abigail Davies. "By positioning ourselves in the heart of Mayfair, we are able to service our clients with one-on-one meetings and align the brand in a city that is a capital for the global luxury market."
Richard Gray, head of sales UK added: “We have always looked to expand the team with like-minded professionals, with our latest move providing the opportunity to grow once again. The new office provides an enhanced working environment and improved functionality that will benefit and encourage individual growth. IYC is one of the newest yachting brands amongst our London peers, but that has not stopped us from making our presence known within the city.”
The London team had a number of significant sales in the past year, most notably Lürssen's 70.3-metre Saint Nicholas, the 50.4-metre Turquoise Ileria and the 47-metre Admiral PetraTara.
