UK superyacht refit specialist Pendennis has acquired the former oil terminal site at Falmouth Docks, with the company stating that it intends to support the long-term sustainability of the port's marine sector. While the company has not yet announced detailed plans for the brownfield site, Pendennis said the acquisition reflects its commitment to keeping the facility under local ownership for maritime use.
