CEO Eifrion Evans founded marine lighting manufacturer Lumishore in 2008. The company, which Evans describes as “once the little kid on the block,” has now grown to a business of 56 employees with newly expanded bases in the US state of Florida and in the Welsh city of Swansea. Evans talks to BOAT to discuss Lumishore’s success story as the creator of “the most efficient LED lights on the market.”
