Louis Vuitton announced as Title Partner of Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco 2026

French luxury maison Louis Vuitton has been announced as the new Title Partner of the Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco 2026. A multi-year collaboration, the new partnership comes after the maison’s previous association with the Automobile Club de Monaco from 2021 to 2024, and then with Formula 1 in 2025, when it presented champions including Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris with the bespoke Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk, which showcases and protects the Grand Prix de Monaco trophy.

The Trophy Trunk is meticulously crafted by hand in Louis Vuitton’s historic workshop in Asnières-sur-Seine, just outside of Paris, where the house’s instantly recognisable monogram canvas is interpreted in an exclusive shade of red to match Monaco’s national colours. The trunk also incorporates the brand’s signature ‘V’ for Vuitton and victory in red and white in a nod to the Principality’s flag.

The house has a long history of celebrating sporting excellence, dating back to the original Auto Trunks designed by Georges Vuitton in the 19th century. More recently, Louis Vuitton has partnered with the America’s Cup, the FIFA World Cup, The Ballon d’Or, the Paris Olympics in 2024 and the Australian Open in 2025. Each of these collaborations has involved the making of exclusive trophy trunks for champion athletes, underscoring the idea that ‘Victory travels with Louis Vuitton’.

The 2026 race is set to take place from 5th – 7th June around Monte-Carlo, where Louis Vuitton will be represented both trackside and throughout the city, and of course at the podium, where the new champion will be presented the trophy and its one-of-a-kind, exceptionally made trunk.
